I recently had the opportunity to participate in very interesting training at our facility that promised to help in reducing stress and tension through a series of exercises. Though this was just an introduction to the technique, it was a very rewarding experience and I learned a lot about how stress, tension and trauma can affect you emotionally and physically. You might be saying "I know that exercising helps in reducing stress because I exercise for that very reason". Well, this is a new way of exercising that will shake you and reach deep down into your muscles to release stress and tension. You might be wondering what I’m talking about and what is this TRE® stuff?
Harborcreek Youth Services is excited to announce that we've achieved our third accreditation from COA (the Council on Accreditation). We're proud that this is the second time our accreditation has been expedited as a result of a near-perfect rating.
