TRE: A New Way of Looking at Reducing Your Stress

I recently had the opportunity to participate in very interesting training at our facility that promised to help in reducing stress and tension through a series of exercises. Though this was just an introduction to the technique, it was a very rewarding experience and I learned a lot about how stress, tension and trauma can affect you emotionally and physically. You might be saying "I know that exercising helps in reducing stress because I exercise for that very reason". Well, this is a new way of exercising that will shake you and reach deep down into your muscles to release stress and tension.
